National University to start in-person exams on Sept 8

In-person final examinations for National University students are set to start on Sept 8, after more than a year of postponement amid a pandemic shutdown. The 2018 master's final exams will start on Sept 8, while degree second-year exams will be held from Sept 11, the university said in a statement on Monday. Subsequently, other professional examinations will follow according to a new schedule, which has been published on the university’s website.

No truth to reports of COVID infections in schools: education minister

“I am checking social media,” she said at Shilpakala Academy on Saturday, two weeks after schools reopened following a year-and-a-half closure due to the pandemic. “They regularly send me reports claiming infections at this school or that school. We made immediate inquiries at every school reported. But we have not found any of them to be true as yet,” Dipu Moni said.
